Wartburg Symposium 2010

Fees
The fee for the Symposium will include registration, attendance at all scientific sessions including coffee breaks in the morning and the afternoon sessions, 4 lunches (incl. two drinks), the welcome reception on Tuesday, the Conference banquet on Thursday, a guided tour and a concert on the Wartburg Castle as well as a copy of the Conference proceedings. The total fee for the Symposium will be approximately 600,- Euros. For accomodation, three hotels are available:

The Wartburg Hotel for € 164,- per night (incl. breakfast)
The Steigenberger Hotel for € 82,- per night (incl. breakfast)
The Hotel Glockenhof for € 45,- per night (incl. breakfast)

The number of rooms in the Wartburg Hotel and the Hotel Glockenhof is limited to 20 or 30 rooms, respectively. Final registration and payment of the Symposium fee must be done before January 15th, 2010. Electronic payment by either VISA or MASTERCARD will be available. Hotel contingent is reserved until January 15th, 2010, and can be booked for a reduced fee with the code name "Wartburg Symposium".

Social programme
A social programe will be arranged for participants and their guests. The conference dinner will be arranged on Thursday evening at the Wartburg. A special program for accompanying persons will be arranged according to demand. The costs will be announced in the second circular.

Special rates for students
For a limited number of students, a reduced fee will be available. Requests accompanied by a short letter of the supervisor should be sent by mail to the Conference secretariat.
